A Heart of Wisdom

Psalm 90:12-17

New American Standard Bible (NASB)
12 So teach us to number our days,
That we may [a] present to You a heart of wisdom.
13 Do return, O Lordhow long will it be?
And [b]be sorry for Your servants.
14 satisfy us in the morning with Your lovingkindness,
That we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
15 Make us glad [c]according to the days You have afflicted us,
And the years we have seen [d]evil.
16 Let Your work appear to Your servants
And Your majesty [e]to their children.
17 Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us;
And [f] confirm for us the work of our hands;
Yes, [g]confirm the work of our hands.

To Encourage...

Hebrews 10:23-25 English Standard Version (ESV) 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Spiritual Significance

John 15:5 New King James Version (NKJV) 5  “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. "One day, a wise friend helped me understand this verse more fully by saying, “Apart from me you can do nothing  of spiritual significance,  nothing  of   etern al value.” - Caran Jantzen

To Stand

Ephesians 6:12-13 King James Version (KJV) 12  For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13  Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
