God is Faithful

"God is faithful. We almost miss it. Yet without the faithfulness of God we wouldn’t last an hour. His favor toward us does not depend on our actions. He doesn’t love us one day and spite us the next because of our failures. When we suffer the consequences of our poor decisions, it’s because of His faithfulness, not in spite of it that we come face-to-face with our human nature and have opportunity to repent. No matter what, God remains true to himself. Count on it. Especially when circumstances seem to contradict His nature." - Becky Toews

To Encourage...

Hebrews 10:23-25 English Standard Version (ESV) 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Spiritual Significance

John 15:5 New King James Version (NKJV) 5  “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. "One day, a wise friend helped me understand this verse more fully by saying, “Apart from me you can do nothing  of spiritual significance,  nothing  of   etern al value.” - Caran Jantzen
